Yes. Of course! I will give you a sample meal plan tailored to your calorie and macronutrient needs. You can follow the meal plan exactly, or you can use it as a guide.

For some clients, I recommend using MyFitnessPal to swap in different foods, so you can reach your calorie and macronutrient goals without following an exact meal plan.

I will provide handouts and resources listing recommended foods to help nourish and fuel your body.

The goal is for you to know the types and quantities of food that make you feel your best, so you can go live your life and not depend on a detailed meal plan.

+ Do I need to journal all my food?

It depends. MyFitnessPal or food journaling can be great tools for us both.

You become more aware of what you are eating in a day and I can better help you.

Journaling is also a great way to stay accountable, but some people find it tedious. We'll decide together if food journaling is right for you.

+ What are phone calls like?

We meet via Skype or phone — your choice.

But, what will we talk about? Whatever you want! We will review your daily journal, the shared spreadsheet and talk about successes and trouble areas — it’s your call!
